From your initial inquiry to your final follow-up, you'll be greeted by a staff that is as friendly as they are skilled. Catie, our clinical nurse, is a local Wyomissing resident who graduated with her LPN in 2017 and has been practicing ever since. She joined Cho Plastic Surgery to continue helping patients and further her interest in health and beauty. Prior to joining our team, she worked in a pediatric medical practice. Catie is married to her husband, Jeremy, and they have a daughter, Mya, and two dogs. Her favorite seasons are summer and fall, and when she's not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Ashley, our expert licensed esthetician, has a love for merging beauty with science. She has a passion for anatomy and physiology, which shows in her work as an esthetician. Some of her favorite things to do in her free time are walking her cockapoo Senna, spending time with family and friends, and spending time outside. Her favorite facial treatment is Hydrafacial. Prior to joining our team, Ashley worked at a wellness facility doing a wide variety of services, but decided it was time to move into a space where she could further her love for the medical side of skincare.

Tracy, our Certified Medical Assistant and surgery scheduler, graduated with her associate degree in 2001. She has over 20 years of experience and 9 of those years have been in plastic surgery. Tracy is married to Jim and has 2 children, Hayden and Hailey, and 4 cats. In her spare time, she enjoys running and quiet nights at home with her family and cats.

Melissa, the office manager at Cho Plastic Surgery, is a passionate healthcare professional with 17 years of experience in plastic surgery. She has a strong nursing background in med surgery, geriatrics, internal medicine, primary care, laser operations, and cosmetic plastic surgery. Melissa oversees daily administrative duties and is always happy to welcome patients and assist with surgery scheduling.

Office Manager
Gerri, our exceptional receptionist, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. A retired Penn State graduate, she has worked for Apple, Inc. and Bain and Company, gaining valuable expertise and skills. Gerri is also an active Board member with the Bernardine Franciscan Sisters, demonstrating her commitment to making a positive impact in the community. Originally from Massachusetts, Gerri is married to Ted and has two adult children, Emily and Jack.
