Labiaplasty

Description

Labiaplasty is a cosmetic surgery that reduces or reshapes the labia minora, the inner folds of skin that surround the vagina. It is a safe and effective procedure for women who have enlarged, protruding, irregular or asymmetric labia minora.

Labiaplasty can improve the appearance and function of the vulva, and can also boost self-confidence and quality of life. It is a minimally invasive procedure with a short recovery time.

There are two main types of labiaplasty:

  • Trim labiaplasty: Removes excess labia minora to create a more symmetrical and natural-looking vulva.
  • Wedge labiaplasty: Removes a wedge-shaped piece of tissue from the thickest part of the labia minora.

Which type of labiaplasty is right for you depends on your individual needs and goals. Schedule your consultation with Dr. Cho to discuss your options and get the best results.
